36" x 48" MountCor® Soft Touch Pouch Boards [White, Matte Laminate] (10/Bx)

Combine these MountCor® pouch boards with your heated mounting machine or roll laminator to create the smoothest, and most professionally finished mounted prints on the market. Unique MountCor® pinholes on the surface of the adhesive board create airflow not found on any other pouch boards, which helps create a perfectly flat mount and laminate, without having to hassle with air bubbles. They also keep the board straight throughout temperature fluctuations caused by storage, transport, and of course, the mounting process itself. Pouch mounting boards let you mount and laminate a print onto a foam board in one step. The matte finish laminate on these boards offers a soft finish, and is pre-attached to one side of the board, which makes it easier to center your print perfectly. Just peel off the liner, place your print between the board and laminate, and run it through your machine, sealed edge first. On the other end you will be left with an impressive display that meets even the most strict quality requirements. MountCor® laminating foam boards also have unique adhesive with qualities that make it safe to use for sensitive prints, as well as hard-to-mount print materials. In addition to these 36" x 48" boards, we offer several other sizes, as well as boards with gloss laminate instead of matte.

MountCor® Benefits:
   • Pin-Hole Surface: The adhesive side of the board features tiny pin holes all over, which create air flow that facilitates a smooth finish and a straight mounting board that does not bow when exposed to temperature fluctuations.
   • Permanent Adhesive: The permanent adhesive creates a strong bond with a unique formulation that will mount and laminate even hard-to-mount materials, including canvas, water based, solvent, UV, and latex inket prints, polyesters, synthetic papers, resin coated photo paper, polyester encapsulated items, and more.
   • Low-Temp Adhesive: The adhesive bonds and laminates at about 250° Fahrenheit, so is safe for several heat-sensitive materials, including digital prints. Set your machine to 250° and your speed to 2 feet per minute as a starting point, and adjust as needed after testing.
   • Acid-Free and pH Neutral Adhesive: This means it won't deteriorate your prints or laminate over time.
   • Equipment Compatibility: Boards are 3/16" thick, just like standard foam boards, so they are compatible with a large selection of variety of heated laminating or mounting machines, as long as they can handle mounting boards.
