March 15, 2019
Whether you're making a presentation for a client or creating an in-house instructional guide, the proper binding report cover can help make or break your presentation. Content is important, and presentation is is the bow on top. So check out these various presentation covers to find which one will be best for your document, whatever it may be.
ONE-PIECE WRAP-AROUND COVERS
1. DIY Wrap-Around Hard Covers
Called Pinchbooks, these unique hard covers are pre-made and have a pinching spine that holds in your pages. They will hold up to about 35 sheets (70 pages front and back) of standard copy paper. They are surprisingly strong, and are easily edited as many times as you need so you can re-use the same cover for different presentations. Lots of sizes are available, and they make a popular photobook as well as presentation cover. Some sizes have windows so you can show part of your first page through, or some are just solid covers. Pinchbook hard covers are very sturdy and only take a few seconds to put together; just open up the covers, place your pages in the spine, and close the covers again.
2. Folder Covers
Standard pocket folders are a great solution for presentations. They have pockets on the inside front and back, and sometimes you can even staple in folded pages into the middle as well. Presentation folder covers come in either a smooth glossy finish or a linen textured finish, and even an eco-friendly 100% recycled chipboard option. Both are pretty thick and sturdy, without being too much. There are also pocket folders that can be customized with a pouch laminator, called quick stick print your own folders. These are great for businesses who might not be able to afford professionally printed folders, but still want to customize them.
3. Side Staple Wrap-Around Covers
Also called agility covers, side staple covers pair a premium linen back and spine with a clear matted front. Put your pages into the cover and staple the two flaps. These allow you to easily open the cover and let the presentation lay flat (unlike stapling the spine without flaps). The clear front lets you easily customize each individual presentation, if you need to.
4. Custom Printed Folders
If your budget and volume needs allow, you can also consider custom printed folders. Because these are made to order, we can do nearly anything you need. Not just printing, but we can deboss, we can add extra pockets, we can add staple-in pages, and a huge variety of other custom solutions. There are also near endless material options, including paper, linen or textured paper, glossy laminate, eco, and even plastic/poly. Whatever kind of custom folder you're imagining, we can help it come to life. There is a 250 folder minimum requirement.
SINGLE SHEET COVER PAGES
