We are partnered with Count and AtlasFlex to bring you the best flexible rotary dies for your Dyna-Cut RD435 cutting system. They are made to exceptional quality standards for an incredibly long life by our manufacturing plant with over 40 years of experience in the flexible die production industry. All of our Dyna-Cut dies feature a premium PTFE surface treatment and hard coat that increase the longevity with abrasive materials; flash chrome and cryogenic hardening are utilized. Ejection fingers on each die make it easy to remove and change them out of your machine without ejection foam. Depending on the materials you cut, most of our dies last for between 300,000 and 500,000 impressions.

All of our Dyna-Cut RD435 dies feature a premium PTFE surface treatment and hard coat that increases the longevity with abrasive materials; flash chrome and cryogenic hardening are utilized. Ejection fingers on each die make it easy to remove and change them out of your machine without ejection foam. Depending on the materials you cut, most of our dies last for between 300,000 and 500,000 impressions.
These Dyna-Cut RD435 dies are flexible, wrapping around a mandrel for rotation-style cutting. They come in a huge selection of common cut sizes, and customized dies can also be produced for your unique needs. The Dyna-Cut dies are incredibly easy to change out by just peeling off the installed die, and then rolling on the next one -- it can be done in just about a minute or two. Rotary die cutting provides print service centers with immense flexibility in the design of finished pieces which can be specifically tailored to your client’s request. From start to finish, the Dyna-Cut makes the entire paper cutting process simple, affordable, versatile, and profitable.
