The Sterling Digibinder Plus is a machine built for the twenty first century. Whether you are a printer, an in-plant printer, an on demand printer, or even a bindery, the Digibinder Plus will bind books automatically with a touch of a button.

The Sterling Digibinder Plus will self-adjust for the book thickness. Simply place the book in the clamp and the Digibinder will do the rest: It sets the clamp thickness automatically. The unique blade roughs the entire backbone of the book and also notches the spine. Twin glue rollers apply an even glue application and the nipper is adjusted automatically.

The machine includes a safety cover and paper dust extraction system. The few manual adjustments needed to be made are: Setting the glue temperature, the dwell time on the nipper, and the book height for the nipper plate. The latter allows you to bind books with case bound covers on down to light cover stock.
