SealerSales W-755AA 30" Automatic Double Electromagnetic Impulse Sealer features two electromagnets to ensure stable pressure for the extra-wide seal bars. This extra wide automatic sealer is designed for the continuous sealing of thermoplastic materials. The electronic timer and electromagnet allow for a setting to be fixed and once set, uniform seals will be done continuously. It is capable of sealing materials up to 30" wide and 15mil total thickness, the 5mm seal width allows the packaging of a wide variety of items possible. The electric foot switch and worktable ensure that users will not have hard sealing bulky items. The 3 separate control settings for sealing time, recycle time, and congealing time allows for the users to produce consistent seals. An economical choice to support your packaging needs!

  • For automatic operation, set the control on auto. Adjust the sealing time (heating time), congealing time (cooling time), and recycle time (automatic operation of jaws). Insert material to be sealed and when jaw opens, remove sealed material.
  • For manual operation, set the control to manual. Insert the material to be sealed. Press down on the foot switch to activate the sealing bar.
