PC246 Plus Plastic Coil Punch Machine (Discontinued)
The PC246, also called the OfficeCoil46 (OC46) by Digital Finishing Group is a low-volume puncher that allows for greater sheet size flexibility than many other machines in the same price range. It does this with all 46 punching pins that can be deactivated, so you can stop the machine from punching specific holes to prevent half punches. The standard 4:1 pitch with 0.250 spacing works perfectly with spiral binding coils with four holes for every inch of paper. This paper punch includes free cutter crimper pliers, and is simple to use. Simply punch up to 10 sheets at a time (recommended punching of 5-7 maximum), roll the coils through the punched holes by hand, and then cut and crimp the ends in with the pliers. For the at-home user who wants versatility for occasional book binding, buy the PC246 plus coil punch online.
