With 9" X 11.5" inch large format laminating pouches, you can encapsulate a variety of larger prints, such as posters, roll-up graphics, maps, XL presentations, signs and media, and much more. They are made of a medium-weight 5 mil thick laminate that is flexible enough to allow for roll-up applications, but still strong enough to protect your media from tearing, bending, scratches, and moisture. These unique lower-temp lamination pouch sheets activate between 160 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit, making them safe for a wider variety of media and inks that may be heat-sensitive, such as ink jet. They are universally compatible with any pouch laminating machine that has the capability to run at those heats and has a width of at least 19-20". These premium quality pouches have a gloss finish, which offers you a crystal-clear lamination that enhances and brightens your print colors and contrast.

Each laminating pouch is made from two sheets of laminate, pre-sealed on one end — so when we say a pouch is 5 mil, we mean each sheet is that thickness, resulting in a total pouch thickness of double that. Unlike some manufacturers who advertise 5 mil but deliver just 2.5 mil per sheet when measured with a micrometer, our pouches provide the full, stated thickness you can count on for durability and clarity.

Adhesive to Laminate Make-Up — Our laminating pouches are crafted from a precise combination of premium laminate and adhesive. Below is the breakdown of laminate-to-adhesive ratios for each side of our laminating pouches.

• 10 mil pouch: 6 mil laminate + 4 mil adhesive per side

• 7 mil pouch: 4 mil laminate + 3 mil adhesive per side

• 5 mil pouch:  3 mil laminate + 2 mil adhesive per side

• 3 mil pouch: 1.5 mil laminate + 1.5 mil adhesive per side
