Fletcher F-60 62" Semi-Rigid Flexible Substrate (Discontinued)

Flawlessly cut semi-rigid and flexible substrates with Fletcher F-60 62" Semi-Rigid Flexible Substrate Cutter. Featuring a plastic knife design that is unlike any other, the design allows fast blade changes while keeping users safe. Another feature is the “lock and cut” function that lowers and locks during the cutting process. A lock down pressure clamp tightly secures the material to be cut in its place with its lock down pressure clamp. This simple feature prevents the material from sliding away during the cutting process which results in a consistent and accurate cut. The cutter uses a .015" thick blade that provides excellent cutting of materials up to 3mm thick. Semi-rigid materials including foamboard up to 1/2'' (13 mm), corrugated plastics (Up to 6mm), PVC (Up to 3 mm), cardboard, and matboard can be easily sliced in the cutter. Flexible substrates including canvas & vinyl, banner materials, laminated art/photo mounted on foam board, digital prints, and photo papers can also be processed in the cutter. As a safety feature, the blade is permanently molded into a plastic jacket for harm free handling, it also has four measuring settings indicating depth of cut.
