The CL-27DX roll laminating machine is an ideal system for prints up to 27” wide using lamination from 1.5 mil to 5 mil thick. It features a built-in trimmer so you can efficiently trim your prints as they exit the machine. Adjustable heat (230-280° F) and speed settings (0-9 fpm) are easy to control from the LED control panel. You can also mount the occasional print onto foam boards up to 3/16” thick. The included cart doubles as supply storage space and a heavy-duty workstation with a comfortable height of 26.75”. It is mounted onto rolling castor wheels for easy mobility and features a locking storage cabinet. The film rolls are 25” wide and 500’ long with a glossy finish and a 1.5 mil thickness, great for a huge variety of uses. And the cleaning kit will help keep the system running a peak performance.

About the Laminator The impressive CL-27DX Deluxe is a roll laminating machine that allows for professional media finishing up to 27 inches wide. This model is a part of the Element Series of laminators and is proudly made in the USA to unbeatable quality standards. It is the ideal laminating system for roll film between 1.5 and 5 mil thick and is has all the necessary safety features to keep your operators protected. The LED control panel offers simple setup and operation so anyone in your shop can use the machine without hassle. What sets the “Deluxe” models apart from other DryLam Element Series systems is the addition of the horizontal trimmer, which is built-in to the machine to offer efficient and accurate cutting of your media as it exits the machine. About the Cart: The DLLS29 heavy duty cart is built specifically for DryLam lamination systems, offering a strong and stable working stand with mobile abilities and secure storage. Two doors on the front are lockable to prevent unauthorized access, and swing-out to offer easy access to contents. The non-locking, hard rubber caster rollers make is easy to move the cart where needed. This equipment cart is made of heavy-duty steel construction in a professional black finish, so looks great in any environment. It is 36” wide, 24” deep, and 26.75” high for a comfortable working height for most users.
About the Laminating Film: Included in this kit is four rolls of 25” W x 500’ L lamination in a 1.5 mil thickness. This DryLam #DL-G2551-1 roll lamination is considered by some to be a school lam film (because of the 1.5 mil), though it works well for a much wider variety of customers and applications. The gloss finish enhances colors and contrast for vibrant laminated media of all kinds. It features a 180° F melting temperature. It has a 1” core for perfect compatibility with the CL-27DX roll laminator.
About the Cleaning Kit: Keep your laminating machine clean from the natural runoff with this included roll laminator cleaning kit. As roll film is heated up, it is a usual occurrence for miniscule amounts of adhesive to get onto the machine rollers. Over time this adhesive can build up and affect lamination quality, as well as harm the integrity of your machine. Protect your equipment investment and ensure perfect finishing by regularly cleaning your roll laminating machine.

Control Panel Features:
- Temperature Readout – displays set temperature of the laminator
- Ready Indicator Light – LED light would come on and remains completely illuminated when the machine has reached the set laminating temperature
- Hot Button – When pressed, the front top & bottom rollers’ temperature are set by default to 230F
- Temperature Control Buttons – press the ▲ to increase the temperature; press ▼ to decrease the temperature
- Cold Button – When pressed or when machine is powered up, the “Cold” button would be set by default to 32F
- Speed Readout – By default, when the machine is powered up the display shows speed “5”
- Speed Control Buttons – press the ▲ to increase the speed; press ▼ to decrease the speed
- Measure Button – when pressed and held down, the temperature display shows the ACTUAL temperature of the machine at that given moment
- Run Button – when pressed, initiates roller movement
