Description

For almost all folding applications, the Coverbind CBPF450 Paper Folding Machine provides a quick, trustworthy, and simple-to-use solution. Internationally recognizable symbols are used instead of text on the color touchscreen control panel, making it simple for anybody to use. On the fold plates, six common folds are clearly defined; Letter, Zig-Zag, Half, Gate, Fold Out, and Double Parallel.

The Coverbind CBPF450 Paper Folder operators don't need to stand and watch over it; they may put up to 500 sheets in the hopper, set the fold plates, press start, and then leave to take care of other pressing matters. The 500 sheets will be quickly folded by the Coverbind CBPF450 letter folding machine, which will then hold the folded sheets neatly on its revolutionary telescoping conveyor system. Users can select the AutoBatch application for simple batch processing.

The optional multi-sheet feeder** for this folder machine has a specialized feed system with its own side guides and skew adjustment mechanism that enables up to 4 stapled or unstapled sheets to be folded at once. Operators are able to fold in almost any arrangement thanks to the fold plates' simple adjustment for unique applications.

*May vary depending on the operator, paper stock, fold type, and others factors.

Coverbind CBPF450 Paper Folder Expert Review

WHAT I LIKE:
The CBPF450 paper folding machine from Coverbind is quick, adaptable, and simple to use. I can use it instantly out of the box, and the setup is straightforward. I can quickly and simply select fold options, configure paper sizes, and get going thanks to the touchscreen's vibrant color display. I can set up many tasks without any hassles or confusion because the loading tray can handle 500 sheets. It folds up to 15,500 sheets every hour without being too big to manage, and I don't even need to be in the same room.

This mid-size letter folder's adaptability is another feature I enjoy. It can handle paper sizes ranging from 3.5" W x 5" H to 12.25" W x 18" H. I can finish several tasks without pausing to set up each one individually. It has six common paper folding options pre-programmed, including letter, fold-out, double parallel, half, zigzag, and gate. I can quickly set up my jobs since I can access these pre-programmed choices on the LCD, requiring minimum menu navigation.

THINGS TO CONSIDER:
Although the CBPF450 is quite effective, you may want to consider its "little brother," the CBPF440 if you don't require such high outputs or several dozen fold possibilities. With a 250-sheet tray capacity, the CBPF440 paper folder can easily produce 7,500 sheets per hour. You don't need a separate workstation because this paper folder's little sibling is a bit smaller than the CBPF450.

I RECOMMEND THIS FOR:
This is the best letter folder for large organizations like churches, schools, enterprises, and print shops because of the high fold output and flexible fold options it provides. I can fold up to 4 sheets of paper at once using this paper folder's optional multi-sheet feeder (stapled or unstapled). Having this choice enables me to be efficient in my tasks and cross off an item from my to-do list.

THE BOTTOM LINE:
Any business that must send out mailers, information, or promotional materials will find that paper folders are a terrific tool. The Coverbind CBPF450 is without a doubt the best paper folder currently on the market, in my opinion. I continue to be impressed by the folding output speed, limitless folding options, and simplicity of use. It's never been simpler to produce tens of thousands of sheets, and the time I save is invaluable.
