How to Open a Net 30 Account
- Contact Sales at (866) 537-2244 or info@buy101.com to assist you with your initial quote or order. New accounts must have a minimum order of at least $1,000 to qualify for PO billing terms.
- If your order qualifies, customer service will provide you with a credit application. Submit your completed application and wait for approval. Depending on your references, processing time may take anywhere from a few hours to several days.
- We will notify you when the account is ready. Once approved, you may place your orders online, over the phone, or by submitting a purchase order via fax or email.
Shipping Prices
Shipping needs to be included on your purchase order. Your order might qualify for free freight! Please review our Shipping & Terms policy for more information on shipping. If the correct shipping is not included on the PO, a customer service representative will contact you with the information and a revised PO request.
Sales Tax
We are required by law to charge sales tax to deliveries going to several states across the US. If your company or organization is exempt from sales tax, we will need a copy of your exemption certificate. Or if you are a qualifying dealer, re-selling the items, click here to download a resale form. Submit your tax forms along with your credit application or purchase order.
PO Terms
Our standard terms for purchase orders are Net30, meaning that payment in full is due 30 days after invoiced. Depending on the references, terms may vary.
What is a Purchase Order?
A purchase order (PO) is a commercial document. It is issued by a buyer to a seller, indicating types, quantities, and agreed prices for products or services. When the seller accepts the PO, it becomes a contract. It authorizes and controls the purchase transaction. A purchase order is a document which allows the seller to produce the specified goods that have been pre-sold. If the buyer meets all the conditions in producing, delivering the goods and services, then there is a guarantee that the buyer will purchase the output. So, the products are pre-sold when the purchase order is issued.
