The Crimp-A-Coil features electric double-sided spiral binding coil crimper with adjustable knives, which will eliminate the tedious manual spiral coil crimping process and improve productivity greatly. It works with a full range of spiral coil sizes, and will quickly and easily crimp all coils sizes from 6mm through 50mm, an unheard of feature in other electric cutter crimpers. The 50mm maximum size accommodates as many as 435 sheets of 20 lb. paper, or about a 2" thick book.

Limitations:

Because the Crimp-A-Coil is a strictly binding machine, it is unable to punch your papers, so a punching machine is required for full operational book binding. The machine weighs about 45 lbs. unpacked, making it ideal for stationary use, or placement on a rolling cart for easy mobility. It is 30" L x 12" H x 11" D, making it a bit difficult to fit on standard desks, and is truly designed for work tables with enough room to accommodate the 30” length comfortably.

How to Setup the Crimp A Coil:

    ① Adjust the side guides on both sides of the Crimp-A-Coil according to your sheet dimensions.
    ② Adjust the work table height on both sides of the Crimp-A-Coil according to your book thickness.
    ③ Adjust the crimper knives on both sides of the Crimp-A-Coil according to your spiral binding diameter size.
    ④ Adjust the crimper head positions on both sides of the Crimp-A-Coil according to your book size, and lock all handles into place.
    ⑤ Adjust the coil guide positions on both sides so that the coil can be help properly during the crimping process.
