The "point" measurement used for chipboard is the industry-standard measurement. To make it easier to understand, simply move the decimal point three spaces to the left, so these 24 point boards becomes 0.024" thick. This is often compared to the thickness of a cereal box. Chip board sheets are a "natural" color that will vary from brown to gray due to the fact that they are made from 100% recycled materials.
