This two-year service protection plan from MonthlyWarranty™ is for equipment valued at less than $500.00. It covers your machine for 100% of parts and labor for any mechanical or electrical failures, including those caused by electrical surges. This 2-year protection plan does not replace any manufacturer's warranty that may be included with your machine; it is an optional service plan offered through a third party partner. This service plan is valid for two full years from the date of warranty purchase.

There are no deductibles or fees. If a product cannot be repaired or is deemed to be more economical to replace, MonthlyWarranty™ will replace the product with a comparable unit or reimburse the purchase price that you paid for this warranty protection plan.

How to Submit a Claim:

There are three easy ways to submit a claim for repair; by phone, online, or via the MonthlyWarranty™ customer portal online. Be sure to have your sales receipt, product manufacturer, model name or number, and serial number available before you send in a claim. Once your claim is submitted, a representative will verify the information, issue a service order number, and provide shipping instructions to the depot repair partner.

  2. Go online to www.monthlywarranty.com/service  and complete the service request form
  3. Login to your account at www.monthlywarranty.com and request service for your covered product

  2. When does the plan go into effect?
    Your protection plan is active beginning on the date of the purchase.
  3. If my product is replaced, will the new replacement be covered for the remainder of the service plan term?
    When a product is replaced, the service plan is fulfilled and does not carry over to the new machine. You may purchase a new service plan with your new machine if you choose.
  4. Are there other term lengths available?
    Yes, you can choose from two-year and three-year protection plan options.
  5. Who performs the service and repairs?
    MonthlyWarranty™ has a comprehensive network of service providers throughout the United States. Who services your machine depends on your location. All of the service providers are authorized technicians.
  6. Who pays for shipping the equipment?
    You are responsible for any costs associated ​with properly packaging and shipping the machine to the service partner. MonthlyWarranty™ will cover the return shipping to get the machine back to you after the repair is complete.
  7. What if I didn’t receive an email confirmation for my service plan?
    Please check your spam/junk mail folder. If you still cannot locate the confirmation, you can request a copy by visiting www.monthlywarranty.com, clicking on “forgot password”, and entering your email address.
  8. If I change my mind, can I cancel my service plan? 
    Yes, you may cancel your service plan at any time with no questions asked. Visit the terms and conditions page for more information.

Important Details:

  • Warranty covers 100% of the costs for parts and labor.
  • There are no deductibles or fees due at time of service request.
  • Packaging, shipping, insurance, and other postage-related costs to send equipment to MonthlyWarranty™ is not included in this program and is the responsibility of the user. Return shipping costs to you will be covered by MonthlyWarranty™. Ensure your equipment is properly protected for transit by using appropriate protective packaging such as bubble wrap, chip board, etc. A replacement product will not be provided if the equipment is damaged during transit; this voids your extended warranty.
  • Once received by MonthlyWarranty™, your equipment is insured.
  • Coverage plan begins on the date of purchase and continues for the period indicated on your contract email.
  • Parts used to repair the equipment will be replaced with those of like kind/quality at the discretion of MonthlyWarranty™. New or refurbished parts may be used.
  • If the cost of repairing your equipment exceeds the cost of parts and labor, or if there are no viable parts available to repair (i.e. they were discontinued by the manufacturer), MonthlyWarranty™ will refund the purchase price of your extended warranty agreement.
  • MonthlyWarranty™ will repair or replace the Covered Product, at their discretion, when required due to a mechanical or electrical breakdown, including those experienced during normal wear and tear, as well as a mechanical or electrical breakdown caused by a direct result of a power surge.
  • All repairs must be authorized by MonthlyWarranty™ prior to performance of work. Claims for unauthorized repairs may be denied.
