Description
The Duplo UP-240 banding machine is unique, as it offers fast automatic bundling, with the option of a manual override. This means your operator can use both hands to handle their materials while in automatic mode, reaching the highest level of productivity and speed, with an average of up to about 24 banded stacks per minute. The manual override will still prepare your banding strip automatically, but you control when it bands by pressing a button, instead of it banding automatically when your stack hits the table. This gives your operator more control, and it a great feature for new operators until they get the hang of the process.
The UP-240 bander can work with a huge variety of material sizes, from tiny 1.2" x 0.2" pieces up to 9.5" x 7" pieces. The banding strips also offer versatility, with the ability to work with either a brown frat paper banding strip or a clear strip that doesn't affect your materials viewing/marketing impact. These banding strips are 1.2" wide, which is strong enough to handle stacks of many sizes.

Adjusting the tension of your banding strips is simple, and requires no special tools or training. Simply slide the back and side plates to your item depth and width.
Installing the banding strips is easy too! Just open the front cover, place the roll into the front of the machine, wrap it around the rollers as shown, create a loop, secure the end, and flip a switch to tighten. Close the front cover, and you are ready to bundle.
