Our premium teflon-coated paper drilling bits help make the drilling process smoother than ever before. These drill bits are made by Lassco Wizer and are a hollow style "A" bit that has a 2" drilling capacity*. They were designed to work specifically for the Lassco, Spinnit, and Challenge paper drills and are also compatible with other models on the market. The hole size itself is available in several options from 1/8" up to 3/8" diameters.
These teflon coated drill bits are a premium option that offers smooth gliding through your thick stacks of materials. The lubricated, low-friction surface is extra wear and corrosion-resistant. It helps reduce the natural heat generated from the friction, so is great for larger volumes of drilling needs. This also means that they make it easier to drill through materials other than paper, such as fabrics, laminated stock and coated paper, etc. These premium style A hollow drill bits offer precise and clean hole punching through your entire stack, from your first to your last page.

Available in hole sizes from 1/8" through 3/8", these premium paper drill bits are compatible with most Lassco Wizer, Spinnit, and Challenge Machinery paper drilling machines. Our paper drill bits offer precise hole sizes for consistency and are able to punch through thick stacks of material, limiting the number of punches required. They feature a special Teflon coating that creates a lubricated, low-friction surface that is wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant and will slide easier through materials. Perfect for use with medium to high-volume drilling.
These premium style A drill bits have an approximate 2" drilling capacity, depending on the hole diameter. Use the chart below to check the bit size and drilling capacity they that they have been tested and approved for.
