The vertical panel saw is run by a 3.25 hp motor and can cut materials up to 10 feet long and 1.75 inches thick. An 8" saw blade that can be used in various applications is included with the unit. Interchangeable substrate cutters and a dust collection kit keep the workplace free from messy flying particles. With the combo are commonly used cartridges in sign shops such as ACM cartridge, utility blade cartridge with 15 heavy-duty blades, and acrylic scoring cartridge. These cutters allow shops to cut a wide range of large-format materials such as corrugated plastic, PVC, foam board, aluminum composite panel, aluminum panel, wood & MDF panels, Polycarbonate, veneer, laminate, acrylic, and more. The substrate cutter system also includes left and right tapes, a removable clamping bar system, and two extra bottom clamps. The Roller bearing system allows for effortless loading of material panels into the panel saw while a counterbalance system leaves hands free for loading material and less operator fatigue. Steel guide tubes and adjustable rulers aid in making accurate cuts that are consistently straight and square. For repeat cutting, The QUICK STOP® Gauge provides an easy-to-use method of making repeat cuts at any length. The saw can stand anywhere in your shop with the fixed stand; the tripod design keeps the unit stable even on uneven shop floors while holding the saw at an optimum angle for safe and steady material handling and cutting.
