Overview
With the UP-240 tabletop banding machine from Duplo, you can instantly secure and wrap materials with banding strips, with no hassle. The UP-240 automatically creates a loop with a banding strip roll; you just place your materials on the table inside the loop, and it will automatically close around your stack, creating a perfectly wrapped banded bundle. Band items from 1.2" wide and 0.2" thick, up to 9.5" wide and 7" thick with the same easy automatic functionality, or press the "manual" button to control the operation. In automatic mode, the UP-240 can band stacks at speeds up to about 24 bundles per minute, depending on the operator and bundle size. The banding tension can be easily adjusted without having to take the machine apart.
Pair this desktop banding machine with either kraft banding strips or clear banding strips, both of which are 1.2" wide. They are easy to install; just open the face of the machine, place the roll in, and wrap it through the wheels, setting the end into the clip, and securing it into place (watch the video here). Refilling the Duplo UP-240 bander can be doe in less than 1 minute, keeping your workflow moving with less down time.
