The PP1622MK L-Bar Sealer & Shrink Tunnel is an all in one compact unit that can seal and shrink products for high-production environments. The combo combines the efficiency of the PP1622Wire L-Bar Sealer which is a high-quality semi-automatic sealer that is designed to meet most sealing demands. It has a 16" x 22" sealing area and features Teflon coated ceramic beads and Micro Knife Impulse sealing technology. This technology promises tens and thousands of seals with the right maintenance. A cylinder arm return offers operator convenience. Keeping items in place during the sealing process is a magnetic clamping hold down. A powered takeaway conveyor speeds up the packaging process by moving the products from the sealing area to the exit or shrink tunnel. The shrink tunnel has a chamber size of 18" W x 8" H x 28" L, it delivers outstanding results without consuming excessive electricity. Digital temperature controls and adjustable variable air velocity control aid operators in creating perfectly sealed packages.
