I-Bar Sealers

An i-bar sealer is a quick, small, and simple solution for low to mid-level shrink wrapping needs. It seals one edge at a time, and is designed with a mandrel for your shrink wrap film rolls to install onto. After you seal your first item on both edges, then you have an already sealed edge ready for your next item. Just pull the film through, place your item inside, and pull down the bar to seal the other edge. Then pull it through again and insert your next item. Depending on the kind of item you are shrinking, you can either seal that last edge with the bar or leave it open and tie it together (such as for a gift basket). These simple single bar film sealers are great for fast packaging in shorter runs.

L-Bar Sealers

L-bar sealers are the perfect fit for your mid-level packaging needs. The sealing bars are shaped like an "L" and seal two edges. After your first package, you will ave three edges sealed and, when using centerfold shrink film, your package will be completely encased in the film and ready for placement in a heat tunnel. Of course, a heat gun could be used as well, but users who invest in an L bar sealer are usually higher volume and use a tunnel to finish the shrink.
