MasterMount Dry Mount Tissue [40-1/2" x 50 yards] - 1 Roll
Overview
Dry Mounting is the use of a dry tissue adhesive that is activated by heat from a heat press or an iron to bond artwork or a piece of fabric to a mounting board. The tissue is placed between the object to be mounted and the board. A high temperature is used to liquefy the tissue. Depending on the type of tissue used, the bonding occurs in the press or after removal. Dry Mounting is designed to mount to bond paper, photographs, digital prints and more, to paper based substrates like foam board, card stock and even wood.

Permanent bonding, breathable dry mount tissue, the ability to breath allows non porous images to be mounted smoothly and professionally. This tissue is coated on both sides with a heat activated adhesive that bonds as it heats. This permanent heat activated tissue is placed between the paper and the mounting board and then put into a dry mount press. The press applies heat and pressure which binds the paper to the board.
