This puncher is lightweight enough to be portable and punch with just one hand, weighing only about 2 lbs. Just place your paper inside and press the button on top of the machine. This office paper punch can be powered by either the included 120 V power cord, or with six AA batteries (not included). It punches standard 3-hole spacing measuring 4 ¼" (center to center) that will ensure compatibility with any regular letter size ring binder. The holes are a very slightly over-sized 9/32" round that allows for easy page turning and less tearing, and an adjustable paper stop helps you to center your pages.
