Heavy Duty Ultra Pouch Board w/ Gloss, Matte or Satin Laminate

These pouch boards are for ProSeal, Spartan, D&K and other heated roll mounter laminators. Manufactured with 3/16" thick heavy duty Ultra foam board that resists bowing and is stronger than regular Foam Board. The laminating film is 5 mil thick with a low temperature adhesive. The heat activated mounting adhesive on the boards are safe for all inkjet and other prints. Run at 240 degrees and 2 feet per minute in roll laminators.

The heavy duty Ultra Boards used in this product are 3/16", an all-plastic panel that features a high-impact polystyrene surface, ideal for permanent displays and signs. Ultra Board is designed for interior use and is favored for its durability. The dent-resistant styrene liners are secured to the foam center with a remarkable bond that keeps the panel flat and rigid.

Boasting its versatility, Ultra Board can be cut with a circular saw, router, i-cut, or scroll saw, or can be hand-cut or die-cut. Ultra Board is lightweight, strong, warp-resistant and is an exceptional value.

Ultra Board stock colors are white or black face with white or black foam core.
