GBC Catena 105 40" Roll Laminator (Discontinued)

A versatile 40-roll laminator, the GBC Catena 105 Roll Laminator is an excellent entry-level production unit. It complements a wide-format inkjet printer that is capable of freestanding lamination, encapsulation, and mounting of digital inkjet output using thermal films or pressure-sensitive (PSA) films. Temperature, speed, and Ready/Wait status are all displayed on the LCD. Safe operation with interlocking feed tray and magnetic safety shield. Cleaning is made easier using silicone rubber rollers. Mounting boards up to 3/16"" thick are handled by the roller gap adjustment thick (5 mm). The pressure-sensitive release liner is peeled away by the rewind roller. The infrared heating coil uniformly distributes heat and increases the quality of the lamination. Temperature control via an 8-bit microprocessor ensures a quick response. A cooling fan keeps the surface smooth and flat.
