Overview
The Formax FD 90 Rotary Perforator/Creaser will make quick work of all your perforating and scoring projects. The FD 90 is manufactured to handle digitally printed sheet sizes up to 13" x 19". It will run up to 6,800 sheets per hour, and you can add up to five perforating or scoring /creases sets on the machine, allowing you to do a variety of tasks on the same sheet at the same time.

Description
The Formax FD 90 Rotary Perforator/Creaser will make quick work of all your perforating and scoring projects. The FD 90 is manufactured to handle digitally printed sheet sizes up to 13" x 19". It will run up to 6,800 sheets per hour, and you can add up to five perforating or scoring /creases sets on the machine, allowing you to do a variety of tasks on the same sheet at the same time.
The feeding system reliably feeds sheets using a three friction feed wheels. It is easy to use by any operator, load the sheets, adjust the guilds and perf or score wheels and push the run button. Sheets drop into the telescoping outfeed table completed and ready to go.The FD 90 will run paper weights from 55 - 180 gsm.
The FD-90 includes two 11 teeth per inch perforating wheels, one scoring /creasing wheel set with a matching male and female scoring indents and paper guides. Additional optional 11 tpi and 17 tpi perforating wheel sets, scoring / creasing wheel sets and guide strips to accommodate lighter weight 55 - 60 gsm paper are available. Use the FD-90 perforating function for separating multiple up prints on a single sheet. The scoring / creasing function helps to reduce the chance of toner cracking when folding digital prints. It will handle a variety of project including postcards, invitations, raffle ticket tear-offs, brochures, and billing statements.
