Sheets pass through the dynamic creasing matrix and the patented "floating knife" folding mechanism, which minimize marking of the digital printout. This folder is fully automatic, high speed, and user friendly. A unique technology that compresses paper fiber is utilized to achieve a flawless fold that is free from unsightly cracks.
The folder works fast even with sheets that require several folds or creases. With its auto-feeding feature, it can produce up to 9 sheets with 9 folds or creases in less than 9 seconds. This is made possible with the patented floating knife mechanism. Bottom-suction air-feed system allows for uninterrupted loading of sheets thus maximizing productivity without compromising accuracy, even with heavier stocks.
The folder can be controlled in its 7" touch screen control panel which is east to set-up. Users can save jobs in minutes or use one of the six pre-programmed settings. This smart machine automatically sets crease positions based on paper size calculations making sure that every fold is accurate.
This fully-automatic air-feed creaser offers variable speed control to accommodate a wide variety of sheet sizes and thicknesses. It makes up to 16 creases per sheet and process up to 6,000 sheets per hour. The Atlas C300 can accommodate sheets up to 27.5" x 15.1". The folder is also equipped with a range of perforating wheels for sheets that don't need folding.
