1) The bar thickness. The standard thickness is 3/8" while the pro is 7/8". The wider frame offers added stability. and strength.
2) The bar lengths available. Standard frames are available from 4" to 36" long, while the pro is available from 8" to 60" long. The pro versions are most often used by professionals who create larger displays for clients, such as panoramics.
3) Collages. The standard frames can be paired with collage clips to create collaged displays with even spacing. These clips are not compatible with the pro frames, as the wood is too thick.
4) Centerbraces. The center brace tensioners can be used on the pro frames only. They are used for longer frames, such as panoramics, to give the frame more stability and tension.
