Overview
The Carl PRT-100N is a great personal rotary trimmer for crafting. It comes standard with a straight blade, and optional decorative blades are also available (sold separately). This small rolling cutter can handle up to about 7 sheets* of paper at a time, and features a 12" cutting length for all of the most common paper sizes. It has a swing-out ruler that measures 15" out and easily swings back in for compact storage. This craft paper cutter works well with standard paper, card stock, photos, and even some laminated sheets.
