The Rhin-O-Tuff ONYX HD4470 Plastic Comb Binding Opener binds plastic combs from 1/4" up to 2" and as long as 14". The HD4470 is designed to be a stand alone unit or can be mounted on any of the vertical Rhin-O-Tuff OD and HD Series Punches (including the 4000PLUS, OD4012, HD7000, and HD7700) with the optional mounting kit.
