The MBM AeroCut Velocity Complete is a high-end system that provides an easy way to reduce the processing time and finishing cost for in-house printers, commercial printers, and print shops. Twice as fast as the original AeroCut, this machine is a perfect choice to complete leaflets, business cards, invitations, greeting cards, tickets, and more to a professional standard. Designed with accuracy and efficiency in mind, the MBM AeroCut Velocity Complete features a patented Tri-Suction Feeding mechanism that reduces double feeding and mis-feeds. Made with a top air-suction feeding system, the machine can easily process coated and gloss paper as well as digital prints.

A cut mark registration detection system ensures extra accuracy even with inaccurately pre-cut paper. 2 single blade slitters for margins and 2 double blade slitters for center gutters cut with precision, every time. The self-sharpening blades can cut even heavier paper with a weight of up to 400 gsm with ease. The MBM AeroCut Velocity Complete also features a channel creasing system with a 5-level creasing pressure. Thanks to the Flex Mode, operators can easily cut cards in multiple sizes and add creasing on each sheet. Other features include a color touch screen control panel, 268 pre-set cutting jobs with a capacity to store another 150 custom jobs, the Lytrod imposition software for easy transfers of files from a PC to the MBM AeroCut, magnetic paper guides, a business card collection tray, detachable rollers, and an all-metal build.
