Description
These metal binding ring handles work perfectly with loose leaf binder rings of many styles, including both metal and plastic options. They come in three different lengths including 7", 9", and 10". Made of metal for strength, these book ring handles measure 1/4" diameter, so are durable enough to withstand even heavy handling and heavy materials. The center of the handle features an ergonomic curve that makes it comfortable to hold, which comes in handy since they are so often used for heavy material swatches for fabric and paper. The ends are curved downward and in, with a gap that is small enough to ensure your book rings stay in-place. Just open your ring with the materials attached, and place it through these looped ends, one on each side of the handle. You can put a different swatch on each side, or use two binding rings for especially large material samples. Buy binding ring handles online at Binding101 in packs of 10; a convenient way to transport and store swatch books and more.

RECOMMENDED USERS:
Binding ring handles are most popular for furniture stores and fabric companies that use the loose leaf binding rings for swatch books, and need a way to offer an easy hanging and transport solution for their staff. Sometimes they are used by individuals for crating and selling their hand-made items on Etsy, as well as by manufacturing companies as a way to carry heavy machinery manuals bound with book rings.
WHAT I LIKE:
These book ring handles are metal, which not only looks nice and matches well with all kinds of metal binding rings, including the basic loose leaf and screw lock, but makes them very strong and durable. They do come in a couple different lengths, so there is a bit of versatility there. And the curve in the center of the handle makes it much more comfortable than if it were straight. They are also sold in small packs of just 10 handles, which is great because it keeps the overall price down and means you don’t have to buy more than you will actually need.
THE BOTTOM LINE:
There really isn’t anything negative about the binding ring handles that I noticed while testing. I suppose they could come in more lengths or colors, but that really isn’t necessary; shorter handles would be too small to hold, and longer ones would be too wobbly. They seem very strong, and make carrying heavy paper and fabric swatches much easier and more comfortable than carrying them without a handle attached. They are easy to use (just clip your rings through the loops, like you do your paper/materials) and the added convenience is definitely worth it.
