The StitchFold 2 (SF2) booklet making machine is a wire-fed stitching system that offers lower operating costs than traditional stapling systems; it will jog, stitch and fold as many as 65,000 booklets without having to replace the stitching wire spools. With a 25 sheet capacity using standard 20 lb. bond copy paper, you can create booklets with as many as 100 pages at unmatched speeds up to 2,300 booklets per hour without dealing with the hassle of reloading staples. Simple to operate, the SF 2 booklet maker comes in two models: an off-line version that runs on it's own, or an on-line version that can be attached to the FC 10 collator and Stitchfold face trimmer. This industrial booklet maker can accomplish more than just saddle stitching... it also produces side stitching, corner stitching and folding without stitching. It features patented magnetic stitching technology that ensures the complete reliability of the wire stitching process. All operators are kept safe with interlocking access guards to prevent the machine from running when open.
