The MBM Sprint 3000 booklet making machine is a semi-automatic machine that requires manual feeding, but will automatically grab the sheets, staple and fold them, releasing them onto a convenient-to-grab exit conveyer. With the capability to work with up to 25 sheets of 20 lb. bond copy paper, you can quickly and easily create booklets with up to as many as 100 pages. The Sprint 3000 booklet maker can run at speeds up to 1,500 sheets per hour, and will staple twice per booklet, simultaneously. The two stapling heads can be positioned into four different positions, offering the most popular locations. It has a safety shield to protect your users when turned on, but that is clear offering you a view of the operation. It is mounted onto heavy duty rolling castors for easy mobility, but offers a sturdy work space when immobile. Two stapling heads and four stapling positions gives you more versatility than most other booklet making machines. A transparent safety cover prevents the machine from running when open, keeping your operators safe. A powered exit conveyor presents the completed booklets in an organized fashion for quick and easy packaging or distribution. The Sprint 3000 Bookletmaker is mounted onto heavy duty castors for mobility, and can be interfaced with a variety of collators, including the MBM FC10, as well as the optional face trimmer.
