This MBM 352S High-Speed Air/Suction Feed Folder is ideal for high-volume folding.It is fast, versatile and easy to use. It folds wide variety of stocks and the air suction feed system is suitable for coated stocks. It adjusts in seconds for both standard and custom folds and has variable speed control and a powered exit conveyor. The bottom-feed, top-loading design allows for continuous reloading and dependable sheet separation.
The polyurethane foam rollers eliminate the need for fold roller pressure settings and the turbine blower is fully enclosed for quiet operation. The MBM 352S comes with 2 fold plates, heavy-duty, non-flexing side frames and needle bearings for high speed production. This paper folder is designed to stand up to the rigors of quick print, copy shops, in-plants and digital printing environments. Mounted on casters for easy movement throught the work space. Optional extended delivery system, crossfold for right-angle folding, and slitting, scoring, and perforating attachments are available.
