The Accel Air packing machine works with either bubble wrap or air pillows. Both are made of a high density polyethylene (HDPE) that is incredibly strong to resist punctures with impact, ensuring they won't pop while in transit. HDPE air packaging is abrasion resistant, exhibits a low coefficient of friction, and is recyclable, making them more eco-friendly that other protective packaging alternatives on the market. The film is available in two types: air pillows or pad air tubes. Single air pillows are designed for void-fill applications. Each roll makes 2,700 pieces of air pillows, 7 ⅘" x 3 ⁹/₁₀" wide. Pad tube film can be used for void fill, and for protective wrapping on your materials. Each roll of pad air fill produces 1,035 pieces, 15 ¾" x 11 ⅖" wide.
Rolls are pre-perforated into sections, allowing you to use as much or as little packaging materials as you need. Compatible with both the Accel Air 1 and Accel Air 3, as well as the older WiAir machines.
