Our new paper cutter knives are extremely high quality Diamond Cut® blades that are made of a bi-metallic composition to offer exceptional strength. Compatible with several of the Lawson Wohlenberg three-knife paper cutters, including the A43, 44FS50, RT 343, and FM 50 models, these replacement knives are available in two different composition options: ① standard inlay steel (INL), or ② high speed steel (HSS). The INL blades are made of a 50/50 blend of standard grade steel and high alloy steel. This mix creates a strong blade that is also low-priced, making it extremely popular, especially as a back-up blade. The HSS blades are made of a 50/50 blend of standard grade steel and high speed steel. The high speed steel also contains durable German tungsten, which offers unique strength and blade-life, allowing them to last an average of 3-5 years longer than other blades.
