They are 32" x 40" and 3/16" thick with a smooth, acid-free, buffered white front surface and a natural kraft brown backing. The interior is a corrugated kraft board with a combination of E- and B-flute construction for a smooth construction.
The innovative notFOAM™ mount boards are 100% recyclable as-is, able to be disposed of in your standard recycling bin with your corrugated boxes. The material is also compostable, repulpable, and biodegradable. These recyclable mount boards can be used exactly as you would use a traditional foam board. The smooth paperboard surface accepts adhesives, markers, and paints such as tempura and acrylic. These mounting boards are the premier sustainable alternative to foam-centered boards.
