TIP: Before using the mats, they must be unrolled and allowed to settle. The mat is ready to use after it is unrolled and placed flat, curl side down.
Be careful not to use heat or apply excessive pressure as you try to lay the mat flat. One of these techniques can permanently warp and twist a mat. The mat may be folded flat and will remain that way. Keeping it exposed to the light will constantly warm it.
