TIP: These mats must be unrolled and allowed to sit for at least a day or two before usage because they are delivered in rolls. Lay the mat down with the curl side facing down to begin the loosening process after unfolding it.
Avoid using heat or any other heavy objects when attempting to lay the mat flat. Both will result in the mat's irreversible distortion and disintegration. The mat will lie flat once it has been exposed to air for a few days. It is suggested to place it outside in the sun to provide a steady heat source.
