The FC 10 automatic collator by Martin Yale was built with ease-of-use in versatility in mind. This 10-tray collating system will create collated sets for up to 10 sheets of paper per set at speeds up to 3,600 sets per hour. The ability to stack in either straight or criss-cross mode lets you offset each set for easier finishing in, for example, a booklet maker. Additional features such as an easy-to-use touch controls with LED screen, 4-digit job counter, programmable groups, alternate mode, test mode, self-centering feed guide, and feed pressure adjustment were built to make your job as simple as possible. It can handle a wide range of sheet sizes up to an extra large 11" x 17" sheet, and can hold up to 350 sheets per bin, which makes for less refills. Description
The MBM Corporation FC-10 Ten-Bin Automatic Collator will collate a variety of paper stocks and weights at speeds up to 3,600 sets per hour*. Touch-button control and and LED 4-digit counter simplifies the set-up and operation of this MBM collator. Three programming modes include preset batch, insertion and an alternate bin mode for continuous production. An adjustable stacking table is great for straight or criss-cross stacking. The self-centering feed guide eliminates the need to reposition on-line booklet makers for different size stock sheets. The FC 10 Collator also features an adjustable feed and separator pressure for each bin, a "bin empty" sensor and extra large and detachable feed trays.
