We're doing a blade change on the Titan 200 cutter. Your first step is to loosen your quarter twenty screws up above the blade; all the way out. Once those are out of your way, you loosen your first slotted screw and remove. Your second slat, and remove. This is where your knife handles will be screwed. Make sure they're good and snug so your blade doesn't slide; keeps you safe. Once they're tight, take out the rest of your blade screws. To get the blade out and remove it, loosen your handles while still holding pressure up, and then bring your knife down. Pull your knife out.
Now you've got your blade out, you will loosen the two bolts on your scabbard knife carrier; pull the screws. Dump the blade out, try not touch it - these blades are extremely sharp. Put in the dull blade. Put your handles into the new blade that you're going to put in the machine. Push it back. Insert the two bolts back into the carrier. Make sure that your screws are tight for shipping purposes.
To install the new blade, start low on the right hand side with your left end up. Be very careful not to chip the edge of your blade. Slide it into the carrier. Make sure you're all the way up to the top and tighten your handles tight to make sure they're not going to slip. And then insert your blade screws. Remove the handles. Insert the last 2 remaining screws, keep them snug. Not overly tight, but snug; you do not want your blade to slide in this position. Now your blade is in, you are going to want to flip your cut stick or put a new cut stick in. Here I flipped it to a clean side. And you're ready to go.
