Fully disengageable pins on every die allow punching of both standard and unusual sheet sizes without having to worry about partially punched holes on either end.
The FlexiPunch-M can punch up to 25 sheets of 20lb. paper at once. Four different margin depth options allow you to select the optimal depth for the thickness of book to be bound. The machine is made of all metal construction for durability including heavy cast side plates and non-skid feet.

The high-quality, precision die sets will last for years and come in 4 different punching patterns; plastic comb, 2:1 and 3:1 for Wire-O and 4:1 for plastic coil. One die of your choice is provided with the unit.
The dis-engageable pins on all dies allows for punching of all paper sizes without partially punched holes at either end.
The dies have adjustable depth margin settings to provide the correct punch margin depth for different document thicknesses.

Instead of having to choose between wire, comb, or coil binding, the FlexiPunch lets you do all three with it’s disengageable die system. Never before has there been a machine with these capabilities built for the low-volume user, so this unique little system is in a new class all to its own. WHAT I LIKE ABOUT IT:
The FlexiPunch-M is amazing, because it brings the versatility of an interchangeable punch to a low-volume manual machine. This combination fits into a nice group of users who need to be able to punch paper for 1, 2, 3, or 4 of the most popular binding methods, but doesn’t have the volume necessary to warrant an investment into a heavy duty puncher ($3,000+), and obviously doesn’t want o have to purchase 2+ different machines. There is no other machine out there that offers interchangeable punching for wire, comb, and coil for this level of user.Of course, the best thing about this machine is that it can punch for various methods, including spiral coil, plastic comb, 3:1 wire, and 2:1 wire. But in addition to that fantastic versatility, there are other features that make the FlexiPunch unique. For one, it has completely disengageable punching pins, which lets you turn off a specific hole. This, combined with an open ended punch, leaves the sheet size possibilities completely up to you.
THINGS TO CONSIDER:
The primary thing to consider is the fact that this is a punch-only machine, which means that, depending on the binding styles you use, you may also need a finisher. For spiral coil, a finisher machine is optional; you can either roll the coils in by hand and finish with a crimper, or use an electric inserter and crimper. For Wire-O, you will need a wire closer. And for comb, you will need a comb opener. Although these four binding styles are the most common, these are the only dies available for the machine, so expanding further (for example, into oval hole coil binding or 3-hole punching) is not a possibility.
