White Paper Wafer Seals

White Mailing Tabs (also called Wafer Seals) are the least expensive kind of wafer seal, and are most commonly used on white or low-profile mailings. Paper wafer seals are made with a non-gloss data processing white paper 2.9 mil label coated stock. The 2.9 mil paper is ideal for fast tab applications. Standard mail tabs are available in 1", 1-1/4" and 1-1/2" sizes and are round with no perforation to meet 2013 USPS regulation standards. The higher-end material offers consistency and reliability, eliminating the most common problems associated with tab application.
