Proper maintenance is key to lengthening the life of your numbering machine. If you start to notice the the imprint quality is fading (whether it is smeared or if the numbers are not advancing properly) then it is time to clean and oil the numbering head. Use our Lube & Clean to get the job done. Remember, this needs to be done every time you use a different color ink.

We also recommend cleaning the suction feet when needed. Just use either soap and water, or standard rubbing alcohol. When cleaning the suction feet, be sure that they are not holding the machine in place.

The W-100-3 Number Rite Number Machine features adjustable hit crash numbers that are strong enough to go through 8-part NCR paper. Set-up is easy with simple registration and movable paper guides. The numbering head on the W-100-3 Number Rite can be set in any direction, including tilted forward or backward to make sure you get the best impression. With the Number Rite Numbering Machine, you can number consecutive, duplicate, triplicate, 4 times, 6 times, 12 times, and repeat action. Choose from two different fonts, Gothic or Roman (illustrated below).
