The Triumph 721-LT Hydraulic Paper Cutter has the capability to cut up to 28" wide, and a stack of material as big as 3" thick. The Triumph 721-06 LT Programmable Hydraulic Cutter handles the many production challenges of digital, in-plant and on-demand printing. The EP keypad with digital display stores up to 99 programs of 99 steps each. Safety light beams protect the operator and allow back gauge to automatically advance to the next cut.

The Triumph 721-06 LT Hydraulic Cutter features a back gauge control module that has a digital display and keypad for programming. The control module features repeat cut, eject and memory functions, as well as a delete and insert mode for modifying program steps. Automatic measuring correction in case of back gauge displacement with "set" function key for reference measurement. It offers a self-diagnostic system with error indication on the display, an integrated calculator, and push buttons for fast back gauge movement in forward and reverse.

Table Air Jets work like an air hockey table, releasing light air on the front and rear tables, allowing for easy movement of all kinds of paper. The safety light beams protect the operator and allow the back gauge to automatically advance to the next cut. An optical cutting line indicates exact location of cut and helps to perfectly position trim marks. It also keeps the operator safe by giving him the exact positioning of the cut. The Blade changing device covers the cutting edge of blade and the blade depth adjustment is done from outside of the machine for added protection. The blade and cutting stick can even be changed without removing covers.

High storage capacity, programmable "EP" back gauge control module with 10 button keypad and LED display stores 99 programs (up to 99 steps each) and frequently used measurements. Nine repeat cuts can be integrated into a program in a single step. The digital measurement readout is in cm or inches that is accurate to 1/10 mm or 1/100 inch. The 721-06 LT Hydraulic Paper Cutter also features a hydraulic clamp drive that guides the clamp on both sides to apply even pressure along the entire cutting width and is fully adjustable between 440 psi and 2,420 psi with false clamp and foot pedal for pre-clamping. The 721-06 LT is built with all-metal construction, making it durable and made to last. Optional side tables with stainless steel surfaces are also available and will extend your work area.

Like all MBM Triumph cutters, the 5551 EP features the SCS® (Safety Cutting System) package, which includes a hinged, transparent electronically controlled front safety guard; a transparent safety cover on rear table; a main switch and safety lock with key; electronically controlled, true two-hand operation; low voltage 24 V controls; a patented Ideal safety drive; automatic blade return from every position; a disc brake for instant blade stop; blade and cutting stick can be changed without removing covers; a blade changing device covers cutting edge of blade; blade depth adjustment from outside of machine.
