Selecting a Paper Folder

Usage Tip: For best stacking results, make sure the removable catcher is pushed all the way into place underneath the machine.

While the manufacturers specifications state that the P7200 will accept staples using the bypass feature, we have found that this wears down the machine. We do not recommend running staples sheets with the P7200 Paper Folder.

If you are using a specialty or glossy paper, the rubber rollers can cause tracking or smudging of copier toner. For these applications, we recommend using an Air-Fed Paper Folder.
