Usage Tip: The HD7500 is a heavy duty punch made for professional use. We recommend only trained personnel use this machine.

Maintenance Tip: We recommend that you oil the punching pins after every 8 hours of use. Once oiled, punch some scratch paper to remove any excess grease on the pins. Never punch more sheets that what is recommended. And don't forget to empty the waster tray. A full waste tray can cause back up into the machine, causing it to jam.

Eco Tip: The Onyx line of binding punches and and finishing modules are more than 98% recyclable.

The Rhin-O-Tuff HD7500 Horizontal is a 24 inch (610mm) open-ended punch for calendar and other large applications. It patented "quick change" die system for changing punch patterns in 30 seconds; no tools required and no bolts or screws to replace or misplace. There is a built-in die storage to conveniently store two 24 inch (610 mm) dies behind the HD7500H. It has a Pull-Out Extension Table for larger size jobs which reduces the overall foot print when not in use.

The Rhin-O-Tuff Onyx HD7500H was designed with the operator in mind, offering quick, easy set-up including easy pin pulls and pre-set paper stop positions. The machine comes with twin motors, giving you plenty of power for those difficult jobs. Rated up to 40 sheets or up to 80 pages of 20 pound (80 gsm) bond paper*. Designed ruggedly with an attractive new look for medium to high-volume commercial and corporate use. With a three year warranty, Rhin-O-Tuff really backs their new line of binding punches and finihing modules.
