Usage Tip: The OD4012 is a heavy duty punch made for professional use. We recommend only trained personnel use this machine.

Maintenance Tip: We recommend that you oil the punching pins after every 8 hours of use. Once oiled, punch some scratch paper to remove any excess grease on the pins. Never punch more sheets that what is recommended. And don't forget to empty the waster tray. A full waste tray can cause back up into the machine, causing it to jam.

Did you know? The OD4012 accepts 18 different standard dies and 6 different special order dies. No matter what popular binding method, there is a die to fill you needs.

Eco Tip: The Onyx line of binding punches and and finishing modules are more than 98% recyclable.

The Rhin-O-Tuff Onyx OD4000 Plus is a 11" (A4) open-ended punch that features the E-Z Change Die System for changing punch patterns quickly. The OD4000+ is designed with the operator in mind, offering quick, easy setup including easy pin pulls and preset paper stop positions. Rated up to 20 sheets or up to 40 pages of 20 pound (80 gsm) bond paper*. Designed ruggedly with an attractive new look for medium-volume commercial and corporate use. With a three year warranty, Rhin-O-Tuff really backs their new line of binding punches and finishing modules.
