NexGen-2030 One Step Shrink Wrap Machine eliminates the need for a separate "L" sealer and tunnel for manual operations, offering shrinking and sealing in one easy step. One step systems consume less energy than tunnel and bar sealer system, making these low cost systems affordable with a quick return on investment. The NexGen-2030 One Step shrink wrap system has a timed double magnetic cover latch and will wrap packages up to 23" x 33" x 10" high, at a rate of 4 to 8 packages per minute. It includes a stand with heavy duty lockable rolling casters, for easy mobility. The clear chamber cover allows the operator to view the product while shrinking, allowing for quality control. The 2030 features an anti-adhesive teflon coated sealing blade and fire-stand glass fiber sealing blade holder, assuring a clean and strong seal while the micro-knife compensator to limit sealing temperature. The advanced pin perforation device is included, and allows for air to escape shrinking packages, even using super fast high shrink films.
