The NexGen-1000 Shrink Wrap Machine represents the evolution of one-step shrink-wrap systems. It offers great flexibility, ease of operation, and high performance. The NexGen-1000 offers an magnetic hold down and micro-knife sealing technology.

The anti-adhesive Teflon Coated Sealing Blade and fire-stand glass fiber sealing blade holder assure a clean and strong seal, while the micro-knife compensator limits the sealing temperature. The 750° F (400° C) durable transparent hood allows you to watch the shrinking process, guaranteeing the best packing results. The hood features a magnet hold down, so it automatically remains closed during the shrinking cycle, allowing hands-free operation so the next package can be prepared to speed up the operation. The hood is released after the fan has stopped, (to avoid the escape of hot air at the end of the cycle) and then opens through a gas spring. The heavy duty lockable rolling casters allow for easy moving of the machine. The NexGen 1000 includes the advanced pin perforation device.
